ARAGON ROUND FINALLY ROLLS AROUND

Murphy Prototypes arrive at Aragon with a new ttruck and a new driver line up!

Pictured is the Murphy Prototypes No.48 Duqueine. Setting up for this weekends MLMC round with their new truck and awning.

A new driver pairing will be hussling the No.48 this weekend . John Ferguson and Will Bratt both make their 1st appearances as Murphy drivers.

QUALIFYING

Prior to Qualifying John Ferguson sadly was forced to withdraw from the event due to the intense heat. The ambient temperature was 45C so we can only imagine how how it was in the car. Luckily at the last minute WTM by Rinaldi ELMS driver Torsten Kratz stepped up and drove a Heroic stint to be running fastest of all when the session was red flagged. In the remaining 4 minutes Torstens times was pipped by 0.076 secs. A fine margin which leaves the No.48 Duqueine on the front row for the race. A great start which bodes well for an exciting race @ 1740 CET today Friday.

GREEN FLAG! WE ARE GO @ ARAGON!

1st lap, 1st corner incident. Hit in the rear causing a rear left puncture - No Luck!

LAP 1 PIT STOP - STILL IN THE RACE

pit stop with 45 mins to go from 1st place

Well what began as a stellar performance did not materialise into a much hoped for result. Both drivers put in exceptional performances in the high temperatures, but a late drop down the order saw the Murphy 48 finish in 32nd place. Maybe luck was not with the team today. But we move on to Spa and live to fight another day.
